COOKING CLASSES

Every first Thursday of the month the American Center hosts a French cooking class given by an internationally renowned chef from Aix-en-Provence.

"Cooking in Season"
Learn to let the best seasonal produce inspire a multitude of quick easy and delicious recipes.

• 10 to 12 participants
• Demonstration and hands-on
• Starter, main dish and dessert at each class
• Collective lunch featuring the dishes prepared
• Tasting of a regional wine with each meal
