Cours de dégustation

Lesson 1 :

Presentation of the main grape varieties and their characteristics.
Interpretation of the nose and palate (with examples of aromas).
A wine tasting to illustrate the lesson (7 wines).

Lesson 2 :

Illustrated presentation of the French "appellations" system.
A wine tasting to illustrate the lesson (6 wines).

Lesson 3 :

Marrying flavours - Dishes and wines - Why and why not.
A wine tasting to illustrate the lesson (7 wines + savouries).
We must stress that these three lessons will not make you an expert! The course is simply a guided introduction.

Total price for 3 lessons:

From € 100.00,VAT inc. for the three lessons which means € 33 per lesson and per person.
All three lessons must be paid for at registration (we regret that we are unable to give a refund if you have paid and cannot attend a lesson for any reason).
Each session is for a group of 9 people.

The presentation can be given in Swedish with a supplement of approximately € 5.00 per person.
