TRAINING SESSION FOR WINE TASTING AND OENOLOGY IN A VINEYARD

Introduction

This package is a complete journey of initiation. The course takes place on site on a vine growing estate (interaction and a friendly atmosphere).

A day of discovery for an overall view of the world of wine: history, soils and varieties, winemaking and cultivation, tasting, choosing and serving wines.

Our leaders use interactive methods to teach your clients about the world of wine, how to taste it, select it or simply how to give a sound opinion about a wine.

Programme

The course includes 4 sessions in one day.
Times: 9.15 - 17.30.
Lunch break on the estate: 12.30 - 14.00

For each session there is an objective, and the subjects are explained followed by practical exercises.

• Session 1/4 (1h30): Introduction to oenology and initiation into wine tasting.
• Session 2/4 (1h30): Basics of varieties, soils and designations of origin.
• Session 3/4 (1h30): Vine growing and cultivation.
• Session 4/4 (1h30): Matching food and wine, selecting, serving and preserving wines.

For 1 person: 96 euros inc. tax
