Panorama: The village of Eguilles nestles at an
altitude of 300 metres, some 10 km to the west
of Aix-en-Provence. Its wonderful geographic
location offers a breathtaking panoramic view.
Relics: The village has managed to preserve its
authentic character down the ages. In the centre
stands the castle built in the 17th century by
the Boyer d’Eguilles family, which now houses
the Town Hall. The clock in the shadows of its
majestic entrance has been running for 140
years.
Walk through the village to enjoy the
charm of its narrow streets and steep flights of
steps typical of the region.
