All online transactions take place via a secure SSL platform. Your banking details will only be used to guarantee your reservation. Actual payment will take place on site with the service provider. When your reservation has been completed you will receive confirmation by email.
You will also need to pay an additional holiday tax when you arrive on site.

For reservations via the Internet only credit cards are accepted and clients are required to provide there credit card details in order to validate their reservation. It is possible to cancel your reservation 3 days minimum before your arrival date. Otherwise your reservation will be considered firm and definitive.

Cancellations must be made by fax or email. The reception date will be used to determine notice and any charges for late cancellation.
-There are no charges for cancellations 3 days or more before arrival.
-The service provider reserves the right to charge your credit card for one night, not including breakfast, starting from the 3rd day before your arrival.
In order to avoid any charges due to late cancellation, please make sure to inform the Reservation Centre or the service provider directly of any changes.

Reservation Centre prices do not include holiday tax which must be paid on site directly to the service provider and varies according to the number of persons, nights and the category of accommodation: hotels, holiday villages, guest houses.

Hotels are rated according to the level of comfort and service provided. Classifications are awarded by the Prefecture.
If you wish to make a claim, you can do so by writing to the Reservation Centre.
