With a workshop, the new shop is a privileged meeting point for all calisson lovers and other Provenal delicacies. The confectioner's whole swetery collection offers calissons, nougats, almond paste, biscuits, creams of calissons, chocolates and ice creams in the summer.
Back of the store, a glass door opens to a workshop. Each week on reservation you can make the Provencal sweets with the discerning advice of a confectioner.
