This charming boutique-hotel has 14 elegantly decorated rooms and suites scattered all around the castle, giving it the atmosphere of a little village.
Our fully refurbished lounges known as l'Orangerie and la Chapelle, numerous terraces, typical French gardens (listed as cultural heritage), and our future outdoor swimming pool (from 2020) all add up to create the perfect setting for your next romantic getaway or family vacation.
The vineyard spans more than 60 acres of the castle grounds and is designated AOP “Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence”.
The Michelin-starred chef in charge of both restaurants, Matthieu Dupuis Baumal, along with his team, rises to the challenge of dazzling your eyes and taste buds with his modern cuisine inspired by his travels yet filled with the seasonal flavours and colours of Provence. Be at the restaurant, the tasting cellar or the giftshop, Le Chateau de la Gaude's wines can also be discovered through a wine-tasting tour which will give you a complete behind-the-scenes insight into the wine-making process from vine to bottle.
