A taste of France - Croissant and pain au chocolat / baking class in Aix-en-Provence
Held in a professional kitchen in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, this small-group experience (8–10 participants) blends fun, technique, and indulgence in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll leave with your own creations, plenty of baking tips, and a recipe sheet to recreate the magic back home.

⚠ The traditional recipe for croissants and pains au chocolat requires wheat flour and yeast containing gluten, as well as butter and cow's milk containing lactose. If you have allergies, you are welcome to attend. However, you will not be able to taste your own creations, but simply take them away to share with your friends/family.⚠

From 13/03 to 27/03/2026 on Wednesday and Friday between 2 pm and 5 pm.
From 03/04 to 30/10/2026 on Monday and Friday between 2 pm and 5 pm.
Additional classes on Saturdays, on April 11th, May 2nd and 23rd, June 13th, and August 29th at 2pm.
This activity is not proposed on April 20 and 24, on May 1, 22 and 25, on August 10, 14, 17, 28, and on September 18.
