With Authentic Sports, discover the most beautiful sites in the Pays d'Aix. Founded by Damien, a state-qualified sports educator and professional Bungy Pump coach: an innovative concept of dynamic poles incorporating an elastic resistance that eliminates joint shocks.
In fact, with these new-generation poles, all vibrations caused by the impact of the poles on the ground are absorbed by the effect of the pump mechanism with its unique, patented, integrated and evolving elastic resistance system.

This pump system helps straighten the torso and naturally puts the whole body into a walking dynamic, opening up the ribcage for better oxygenation and optimal cardio-respiratory work.

Damien offers introductory group sessions in the great outdoors. Don't wait any longer to (re)discover your region and take care of your body in a gentle, fun way. Outings are punctuated by short cardio and renfo exercises using natural elements such as rocks, trees...

Damien also offers day hikes in the Pays d'Aix region (Mont Sainte-Victoire, Chaîne de l'Étoile, Montaiguet...).
