The Gallifet art center restaurant is set in a 500m2 garden a stone's throw from the Cours Mirabeau.
Each year, a different chef-in-residence takes up residence in the mansion's kitchen, offering a deliberately short, ultra-local menu.

Some fruits, plants and vegetables come directly from our own kitchen garden. At lunchtime, the menu changes according to the harvest, the season and the market. In the evening, a fixed five-course menu offers a weekly selection of different dishes.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday between 12 pm and 6 pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 11 pm.
