Behind Mamone, which means grandmother in Corsican, are two childhood friends who embarked on a crazy adventure: offering grandmother's dishes made exclusively by enthusiastic seniors.These grandmothers prepare three different dishes every day, simmered for eight hours in a casserole dish.
