Muriel Biraghi

In her studio nestled in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, Muriel Biraghi imagines and handcrafts high-end costume jewelry and decorative objects, available as unique pieces or in small series.
With a degree in communication and a passion for jewelry and haute couture, she honed her skills at the Haute École de Joaillerie in Paris. Her distinctive universe blends noble materials with forgotten treasures: gold- and silver-dusted metallic threads, French Lurex®, semi-precious stones, recycled sterling silver (EU), Bohemian and Murano glass beads, antique lace and vintage buttons...
Inspired by her travels, nature, and its vibrant colors, she composes each piece as a talisman — a shimmer of poetry.
Sculptural necklaces, embroidered cuffs, brooches, delicate hairpins, lucky charm bracelets...
Her creations combine originality, elegance, and modernity, always infused with a touch of enchantment.
Having lived for a time in the Philippines, Muriel has developed a deep connection with shimmering materials, plant life, and minerals. Her creative approach is artisanal, responsible, and sustainable, giving new life to existing, vintage, and handmade elements.
She also designs unique decorative objects: dreamlike textile sculptures enclosed in glass domes, airy mobiles, one-of-a-kind wall pieces, ethereal curtain tiebacks...
As a committed artist, Muriel contributes to artistic and solidarity-based projects, supporting several associations — for cancer and AIDS research, environmental causes, and the protection of the Mediterranean.
Her workshop has been awarded the Medal of Artisanal Recognition and has also been honored with the Les Pyramides du Luxe Award in the “Heritage & Transmission” category. Her work has graced catwalks, costumed theater productions, and travelled from Paris to Manila. It is regularly exhibited during the European Artistic Crafts Days.
Her creations are listed by the Route des Arts et Gourmandises, the Chamber of Trades and Crafts of the PACA region, the Tourism Office of Aix-en-Provence, and Le Petit Futé guide.
