Discover and taste the gastronomic emblem of the city of Aix-en-Provence… The thematic of the tasting can vary in function of the season (Christmas,…)
Through a unique sensory tour, observe the flowering of the almond trees and the harvesting techniques, discover the raw materials, the stages of production, including the virtual manufacture of a calisson. You will be offered a tasting.
