Arsud est né de la mise en synergie des missions naturellement complémentaires de la Régie culturelle régionale et de l'Arcade dans un souci de rationalisation des moyens.

Arsud is the result of a synergy arising from the naturally complementary aims of a cultural public company in the region and L'Arcade. The aim is to pool resources.
The two organisations' missions have been combined to provide more support for everyone involved in culture in the south of France, especially in terms of assistance, creation of new works, artistic production and distribution throughout the region.

With the help of its offices in Alpes-Maritimes / Var-Est and Haut Pays Alpin, Arsud is developing practical initiatives in the region with the goal of bringing balance and structure to cultural projects.
