Confiserie Brémond 1830

A story that began in 1830...
At the beginning of the 19th century, the Brémond family set up their confectioner's workshop at 36 cours Mirabeau in Aix-en-Provence.
The shop offers biscotins (small round biscuits containing a hazelnut), calissons d'Aix, as well as confectionery and other grocery items such as sugared almonds, biscuits, jams, syrups, chocolate, tea and coffee, almonds, sugar, olive oil, fine wines, liqueurs, nougats and spices.

For more than 195 years, from father to son, Maison Brémond has always rigorously selected its raw materials to offer its customers quality products. The shop was moved to Rue d'Italie in Aix-en-Provence, where it is still located today. Maison Brémond Fils was taken over in 2015 by Olivier Baussan, founder of L'Occitane en Provence, Oliviers & Co, Première Pression Provence and the Ecomusée de l'Olivier.

Through the companies he has either created or taken over, Olivier Baussan is building the sustainable development of a region: Provence. Already heavily involved in the development of lavender, olive and almond trees, he now invites you to enter this delicatessen dating back to 1830, respecting the expertise and tradition of the beautiful and ancient Maison Brémond.
