Winegrowers from father to son, the Monges family has been cultivating vines for 4 generations.
In 2020, Gérard and his son Paul began the exciting project of setting up their own winery to produce their own AOP Côtes de Provence and Côtes de Provence Ste Victoire wines.
In 2022, at the foot of Ste Victoire, the Jas Monges estate was born. After its first vinifications in autumn 2022, the domaine now has a sales cellar where you can taste 3 rosés, 2 reds and 1 white.
