L'Île aux Fleurs

L'Île aux Fleurs is an atypical 18th century house, enhanced by a veritable green setting created by its owner Jurate. You will love relaxing in its private swimming pool, listening to the water from the fountain, taking a nap on the balcony or having lunch under the coolness of the terrace, while admiring the magnificent flowers in the garden. The interior decoration is full of drawings and paintings made by Jurate and romantic, delicate and elegant elements. The house is spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor:
- Equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, 2 ovens, fridge, dishwasher, hood), open to the dining area for 8 people. Armchairs in the old wine vat.
- Cellar with washing machine and freezer.
- Independent WC. On the 1st floor:
- Entrance with mirror.
- Living room with piano, flat screen TV with Netflix access and library. The living room gives access to the adjoining, covered balcony, offering a magnificent view. A bench, a bed and a desk make this space an ideal place to work as well as to rest.
- Shower room with Italian type shower 80x100cm, basin, WC and heated towel rail. On the 2nd floor:
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm with canopy, beautiful wardrobe and bench seat.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, desk with chair, wardrobe, armchairs and wall cupboard.
- 3rd bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm, library, desk with chair, armchair, secretary, mezzanine (ceiling height less than 1.8m) with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
- Bathroom with bath, basin and heated towel rail. Private garden of around 150 m² with garden and relaxation lounges, plancha grill and private swimming pool 4x3.5m, depth 1.6m.
Free public car park at 50m. Included: air conditioning in summer, sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Heating billed at actual cost in winter.
Animals accepted with a supplement of €10 per day (1 animal max per household).
