Behind the scenes, the chef Jérémy Martinez prepares his menus with seasonal products according to the market to offer you a modern, creative and entirely "home-made" cuisine using fresh, regional or French products and very often organic.
Just a stone's throw from the Cours Sextius and the Rotonde parking lot, the chef and his team welcome you every evening from 7pm to 11pm, and sometimes later depending on festivals and shows. Jérémy Martinez offers a bistronomic cuisine blending flavors from here and abroad, and his original creations will take you on a journey through the infinite world of taste. An inspired culinary artist, he constantly recomposes his menus with a choice of land or sea, as well as a menu of Opera classics.
There's also a choice of over 80 selected wines and a delicious cocktail menu.
