You will enjoy a private courtyard of 150m², perfect for your moments of relaxation in the open air, as well as a shared swimming pool (11mx5.5 flat bottom, chlorine) open from 9am to 7pm from 1/05 to 30/09 depending on the weather, ideal for cooling off on sunny days.
The interior is bright and functional, with a cozy and modern living space, offering all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals with ease, while the two bedrooms, carefully decorated, will welcome you for restful nights.
Staying here, you will be just a few minutes from the city center of Aix-en-Provence, while enjoying the beauty of the surrounding countryside. This cottage is the perfect starting point to discover the region and its treasures.

La Petite Mazarine is composed of:
- A living room with two sofas, armchair, coffee table, TV, table with 4 chairs, decorative fireplace, kitchen equipped with a large refrigerator (no freezer), oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle
- The Suzini Room with two 80x200 beds joined together in a 160x200 bed (possibility of separating them), desk, air conditioning and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and toilet
A corridor closed by a blackout curtain leading to:
- The Wax Room with two 80x200 beds joined together in a 160x200 bed (possibility of separating them), desk and air conditioning
