Le Mas Bottero

Le Mas Bottero is 15 minutes away from Aix-en-Provence, at the heart of the Coteaux d'Aix and just on the outskirts of the Luberon mountains. The chef, Nicolas Bottero, invites you to come and sample the flavours of southern France thanks to his very personal and refined cuisine which showcases the superb terroir of Provence.
Le Mas Bottero is an ode to the Provençal way of life! The restaurant has various spaces to chose from, depending on your mood.

In the kitchen, Nicolas Bottero blends seasons, colours and his experience to get the very best out of the finest ingredients from Provence and elsewhere (the menu changes each week). All main dishes and desserts are homemade.

Some products selected by the chef are available to purchase here, as well as various jars made on the premises by the chef and local products.

In front of the terrace, the lush-green garden boasts the chef's herb garden, the hen house and a play area for children.

Opening times and Prices

Every day throughout the year
Opening hours on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm and between 7.30 pm and 9.30 pm. On Sunday between 12 pm and 1.30 pm.
Closed Monday and Tuesday.

Prices

Adult menu: from 50 €
Child menu: from 35 €.

Sustainable tourism

La totalité des déchets végétaux sont valorisés pour nourrir les poules et pour le compost qui enrichi le jardin du restaurant. 100m² de panneaux solaires ont été installés afin de produire environ 30% de leur consommation d'Energie. Le bâtiment est en cours d'isolation pour permettre une baisse significative de la consommation globale. Par ailleurs, ils autoproduisent la totalité des herbes et fleurs aromatiques utilisées en cuisine.
