Discover a tasty blend of Vietnam and Provence through Nathalie's cooking classes!
Les Ateliers du Vallon offer Vietnamese and Provençal cookery workshops in Aix-en-Provence, 10 minutes from La Rotonde, in the heart of the Aix countryside in a bucolic setting.
The workshops are participatory, using quality seasonal produce, most of it fresh and sourced from local producers. At the end of the workshop, the dishes prepared can either be taken away or enjoyed on the spot, depending on the option chosen.

The Ateliers du Vallon cookery workshops are aimed at lovers of traditional Vietnamese cuisine, those curious about regional Provençal cuisine, and in general at all gourmets looking for a fun, friendly experience.

All year round on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 10 am and 7.30 pm. On Saturday between 10 am and 2.30 pm.

1.5-hour cooking workshop: €59.00 per person
3.5-hour cooking workshop: €89.00 per person.

The dishes are prepared with seasonal produce, sourced from organic or sustainable farms, and from regional producers wherever possible.
If you take away cooked dishes, the containers are biodegradable, compostable or reusable.
