Chef Thomas Roret's cuisine reflects his own image: sober, elegant and intuitive. Produce is carefully selected from producers in the Aix-en-Provence region, then sublimated with passion by the entire team, both in the kitchen and in the dining room by Julien. To accompany these exquisite dishes, a variety of wines and estates, mostly local, are available for tasting.
