Welcome to Maiipo, the coffee shop in Aix-en-Provence run by two sisters, Marie and Pauline, who will greet you with a smile.For breakfast, discover a range of sweet and savoury options. At lunchtime, enjoy a short menu that changes regularly, reflecting our commitment to using only fresh, seasonal produce, sourced as much as possible from our beautiful Provence region. For a sweet treat, afternoon tea or any time of day, there will always be something delicious to tempt you (cannelés, cookies, cakes, tarts, etc.).
Speciality coffee takes centre stage: the origin of the espresso changes regularly, and there is a menu dedicated to gentle brewing methods (V60). You will also find hot and iced drinks (teas, cascara, flat white, matcha, chai, etc.).
Extend the pleasure at home with our shop: speciality coffee beans and accessories, teas, homemade granola.
At Maiipo, everyone is welcome (changing table, colouring books, books and water bowls for dogs).
