Pauline Bétrancourt

Pauline Bétrancourt is a French visual artist who earned an MFA degree from l’école supérieure d’art d’Aix-en-Provence. Alongside her artistic practice, she offers art classes in drawing and paintin, leading experiences in exceptional Cezannian sites such as the Bibémus quarries and plateau.

From her expertise gathered after many years of teaching art, she will provide you with simple and intuitive tools. Learning how to paint and draw is essential in helping us to better connect with the living world around us. It encourages our curiosity and our ability to discover what needs to be expressed.

Her instruction is adaptable to all levels: from beginners who want to learn the basics of painting and experience the meditative practice with a brush in hand, to participants who want to deepen their own practice and knowledge in painting. This close observation of nature can help in understanding Cezanne’s process and experiencing what he called « coloring sensations ».
