The Chef's cuisine is tasty and gourmet, with Mediterranean and Provencal accents.His ambition? To tantalize your taste buds with local products! Aix references are de rigueur at the “Tulipe” restaurant: the Pioline butcher's shop, the “LeMarie” cheese dairy, etc.
