Vignoble du Roy René

In the heart of Provence, Vignoble du Roy René has been perpetuating a history of passion and terroir for over a century. Founded in 1922 by Jules Reynaud.
Then mayor of Lambesc, the winery pays tribute to the famous King René, Duke of Anjou and Count of Provence, nicknamed the "Winegrower King", who left his mark on the history of the commune when he visited in 1453.

Today, the vineyard extends over 900 hectares around Lambesc, Saint-Cannat and Rognes, benefiting from an exceptional environment between the Côtes and Trévaresse ranges. This Provencal climate, with little exposure to rain or frost, combined with clay-limestone and sandy soils, produces grapes of the highest quality.

This natural richness favors a great diversity of grape varieties: grenache noir, syrah, cinsault, cabernet-sauvignon, merlot, vermentino, sauvignon and grenache blanc, which give rise to expressive, authentic wines, typical of Provence.
At the cellar, let yourself be guided by a convivial tasting of AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and IGP Méditerranée wines, and discover the whole world of the vineyard.

The boutique also offers a wide choice of products to extend the experience:
- delicatessen products and local specialties
- craft beers
- tableware and objects for the art of entertaining
- beauty products and the scents of Provence

Whether you're a wine enthusiast, curious about Provence's winegrowing heritage or simply looking for a gourmet stop-off, the Vignoble du Roy René opens its doors to you for a warm and authentic moment in the heart of Provence.
