Bistro Japon
Ramen shop in the center of Aix en Provence. The cuisine is homemade, from broths to desserts. They offer different type of ramen: Tonkotsu, Chicken, Fish and Vegetarian. One of their specialties is Karaage fried chicken!
Julian and Emilie have opened Bistro Japon in Aix en Provence. They have each worked in the food industry, from chef to coffee roaster to craft beer cellarman. Both passionate about Japanese food, they have been able to taste a wide variety of ramen, especially in Paris and Tokyo, where Emilie lived for 1 year.
When the opportunity to have a place in the city center of Aix en Provence presented itself, they chose ramen as the central element of their project.
All the cooking is homemade, the broths cook between 30 to 48 hours, and they will soon be making their own noodles!
It's just the two of them, Julian in the kitchen and Emilie in the service, and they do their best to offer you what they love !
