To pick up your Pass after online payment at reservation.aixenprovencetourism.com, go to the Tourist Office reception with proof of identity and your voucher received by email, printed or presented in digital form (smartphone or tablet).
The voucher is valid for six months from the day of purchase.
The City Pass is a numbered card. All you need do is show the City Pass on admission to the site or at the beginning of your visit to take advantage of our partner’s special offers. Some sites and activities require reservation in advance.
It does not give access to the guided tours offered by the museums, unless otherwise stated.
Cezanne’s workshop and guided tours: reservation required at the Tourist Office when collecting your City Pass. Subject to availability.
Some museums may offer free admission to all visitors on the first Sunday of the month and occasionally on other dates.
In transit, validate the card on the terminal at the bus each time you get on.
The City Pass is valid for one person and entitles the holder to one admission per site.
The City Pass is valid for the chosen period (24, 48 or 72 hours consecutive) and is activated when you use it for the first time.
It must be shown on admission at each partner site to check validity and to give access to free offers or discounts.
The Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office cannot be held responsible for any difficulties encountered by our partners (strikes, exceptional closing, etc.) or on the public transport networks and cannot make any refunds.
Please check the websites of the providers or our advisory team to see if the sites are open at the time of your stay.
The City Pass cannot be exchanged or refunded.
